Our Story

The Learning Compass NJ is a youth-led organization dedicated to supporting children based on their needs. Each of us faced alike challenges growing up, whether it was dealing with anxiety, academics, or personal struggles, and we know how important it is to have someone who you can trust and understand what you are going through. Our organization is built based on the belief that every child deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. 
We are not professionals, but we bring something just as important: personal experience. We’ve been in your shoes, and we understand how hard it can be. Our goal is to give back by providing the kind of guidance and friendship we wish we had during our own journeys.
